Mower Picks is operated by ION ENTEPRISES LTD, a company based in Cyprus. It is the controller responsible for the personal data described here.

What We Collect
Contact Form
If you send a message, we receive your name, email address and message. They are stored by our host, Netlify, so that we can reply. We delete messages once they are dealt with, and in any case within 12 months. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you.
Server Logs
Like every website, our host records technical data such as IP address, browser and the page requested, to keep the site running and secure. We do not use it to identify you.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics to count visits and see which pages and retailer links are used. Plausible does not use cookies or store raw IP addresses. It uses a daily identifier, hashed with a salt that is deleted every 24 hours, so visitors cannot be followed from day to day. Plausible says visitor data is processed and stored in the EU. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding which pages are useful.
Cookies
We do not set cookies. When you click a retailer link and arrive on the retailer's site, that retailer, and any affiliate network it uses, may set its own cookies to record that you came from us. Those cookies are covered by the retailer's own privacy policy. See our affiliate disclosure.
Your Rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email ionenteprisescyprus@gmail.com and we will reply within one month.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority:
- in Cyprus, where we are based: the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection;
- in the UK: the Information Commissioner's Office.
